[Recipes] 10 Paleo Recipes (Part 1)

In this weekend, I would like to share with you these ten delicious paleo recipes to help you to stay healthier naturally. Paleo diet is the nutritional value within each and every single food source that our body thrives for. It is the vitamins, minerals, protein, fats and low GI carbohydrates that maintains the health of every organ in our body – and when everything is functioning optimally, you can’t help but to experience all the health benefits associated with optimal health. One expert involved in the 2012 ranking by U.S. News & World Report stated that a “true Paleo diet might be a great option: very lean, pure meats, lots of wild plants. The modern approximations… are far from it.”.
