Nutrition Facts: Ricotta and Cottage Cheeses

Ricotta cheese, a fresh and soft kind of cheese is considered to be one of the most popular and beneficial types of cheeses today. It usually comes with a creamy and white appearance and proves to have a milder taste compared to others. It is also popularly found in most Italian dishes and it truly makes an excellent addition to all types of diets.

The structure of the human body is made of protein so it is essential to include protein-rich foods in our daily diet.

In addition, protein is also very important when it comes to the repair of damaged tissues. Obviously, the human body does not store proteins so it is highly suggested that protein-rich foods such as Ricotta should be included in our diet every day.
