My 2013 New Year’s Resolution is:- “In 2013, I’ll wish to help at least 2000 people to lose their belly fat just like what I did!”
Almost 45 days have gone, may I ask you this question, “have you set your goal?” Or “have you achieved your goals?” Or the most important is, “have you taken any action toward your goals?”
Based on a December 2013 Harris Poll survey of 3,036 US adults identified “weight loss“ as the TOP resolutions for the new year. Health and money accounted for two-thirds of all resolutions.
