Why am I writing this? Well, after I purchased the ‘’Truth about Abs program’’ few years back and followed it religiously, I got amazing results and surprisingly thereafter, I have become enthusiastic in finding more effective ways to lose fat. I was searching around and bought a lot of fat-loss related products to enhance my knowledge on the subject. I love to help people especially when I have the right knowledge. I can advise my wife, my “future” kids, my parents, my family, my friends or anyone around me. Only until recently, I thought to myself, ‘’Why are there few detailed fat lose product reviews online?’’ So, I made it my personal mission to write a few product reviews to help anyone interested in finding the best products like I did. This review will help you make an informed purchase.
But be warned, I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.
“Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle” – Comprehensive Review
After reading many eBooks, ‘’Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle’’ eBook by Tom Venuto was the most detailed of them all. This is a detailed eBook that consists of nutrition, conventional exercises to burn fat and the psychology behind some of the best ways to burn fat. If you wish to lose belly fat and maintain a leap body forever, without starvation, without gimmicks or drugs, then you should read my review until the end.

“The Bible of Fat Loss.”
Why do I call it “The Bible of Fat-Loss”? Well, ‘’Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle’’, is a downloadable eBook with 340 pages and 17 chapters. ‘’Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle’’, has been around for a long time. Based on my findings, it was released in 2003, and was one of the first diet and nutrition eBooks to be published.
Who is Tom Venuto?
Let me first introduce the author, Tom Venuto. Tom received his degree in exercise science and has held certifications as a strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer. But more importantly, Tom walks the talk. He is a natural-for-life bodybuilder, which means that he’s never taken steroids or other body-enhancing drugs. Tom has competed in bodybuilding 28 times and has 6-pack abs you have to see to believe (check out the picture at www.burnthefat.com of Tom at 3.7% body fat).
Although Tom admits that he was never obese, he says he always struggled with stomach fat and never saw his abs until he’d gone through many years of trial and error and a lot of hard work. I am encouraged when I hear that Tom is a lot like me and that he was not genetically predisposed to be lean.
Burn Fat Feed the Muscles eBook Review
You will learn the importance of goal setting and the importance of having realistic goals as far as weight loss is concerned. There is a big difference between having goals and achieving them. In chapter 1, Tom will guide you how to set powerful, compelling goals that will propel you forward and charge you up with unstoppable motivation. This is most probably the best explanation of goal setting, mental training and the psychology of motivation that you will ever read in any book. If you know what to do but you have a hard time doing it (ie, if old bad habits keep haunting you or if you’re inconsistent with your diet or nutrition), you’ll find the solution in the mental training, not the physical training.
Exercise and nutrition are confusing subjects to anyone who is just starting out but this is expected. Hence, chapter 2 to chapter 5 are detailed with 8 most powerful strategies to permanently lose fat without diets or deprivation, how to determine your fat to muscle ratio, and how to use performance feedback to get from where you are to where you want to be.
Besides that, customizing your program is a major theme in chapter 5, which explains metabolic individuality and how to figure out your unique body type so that you can do your best with what you’ve got. The major lesson is: There’s no one-size-fits-all nutrition program. If you have special needs, for example, if you’re lactose intolerant, allergic to gluten or if you’re just a picky eater, you can easily modify the menus to work for you.
In the chapters on nutrition (chapter 6 to chapter 15), you’ll learn how to set up a meal plan you can enjoy by using Tom’s sample menus: You just choose the foods you like (pick from the recommended food lists), plug them into the meal plan template, and your menus virtually create themselves.

In the final two chapters, chapter 16 and chapter 17, you’ll also learn how to set up a training program. These are the same workout routines used by top natural bodybuilding and fitness champions. However, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle nutrition works in combination with any training program (so you can use your own workout if you choose).
The 2 components are weight training and cardiovascular training. You’ll need access to basic equipment at home like dumbbells and barbells or you can train in a gym.
I personally am impressed with this program because Tom provides detailed information about nutrition and battles the common unsafe ways to shed weight such as dieting. This eBook focuses on a perfect combination of good nutrition and the best way to lose fat naturally, as well as the benefits of charting your progress. The main focus of the e-book is nutrition, because nutrition is arguably the most important key to getting lean. You could have the best training program in the world, but if you eat more calories than you burn, you’ll gain fat regardless of your well-designed training plan. It also highlights the importance of cardio training coupled with the truth behind supplements known by few.

I can firmly affirm that if you are in search for tips for losing weight, then irrespective of your age and gender, this eBook course is tailored to suit the needs of both beginners and advanced athletes as well. In my opinion, it is only best suited for work at home moms who want to learn useful information for parenthood or a gym instructor to teach his students. However, this guide may not work for you if you have a busy work schedule because you need to follow all chapters step by step. Additionally, you may easily get bored reading this guide if you enjoy a book with colorful illustrations. Another caveat: this eBook doesn’t give you photos or detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise. There’s more attention given to nutrition than training in this eBook, and if you use the training programs, it assumes you know how to perform basic weight training exercises.
In conclusion, if you’re a detail person or if you want to know not just what to do, but also why you’re doing it, then Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is exactly what you’re looking for.
Therefore, we come to the end of my “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle” program review. Overall, this is one of the most impressive fat-loss products I have ever seen in my lifetime.
