Everyone knows that fish is excellent sources of protein that are low in fat, and contains amino acids and minerals (iron, zinc, & calcium) that are vital to the body. Fish are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which promote the development of healthy membranes that make it easier to store fat and sugar for energy. One serving of fish provides about 20 grams of protein, which is approximately 1/3 of recommended daily meals.
