Cream of wheat and cream of rice cereal have almost the same nutritional content. Rice cereal is typically cooked dried and you could choose if you cook it with water or milk. For people whose body has reaction to gluten or wheat, this is the perfect breakfast for you.

A cup of rice cereal has 88% calories, carbohydrates (mostly starch), sugar and fiber. Some prefer to add sweetener which adds up to the sugar composition.
